Please make sure that you have configured SlipStream Web Accelerator properly; this includes the correct username, password, server name, and server port number. It is also important to check if you have a valid internet connection.

This issue might also be caused by the High speed Auto-detection feature. SlipStream Web Accelerator might be disabled once an active high speed connection, such as DSL or cable modem, is detected.
